I have purchased MM 2019 Premium and the install worked perfectly, until I purchased the Vita presets. They do not appear when I load Vita, only the basic "acoustic drum kit & percussion." Would appreciate help/advise.

I just performed another test with this, and it worked fine for me. However, I noticed the add-on presets only became available in Vita after restarting Music Maker. So, maybe that was the problem? I'll check with development whether that's how it's supposed to work, and whether there's a better solution.
If a program restart doesn't do it for you, please make sure you also triggered the actual installation process for the preset pack from the Download Manager screen after the purchase. You can bring the Download Manager back up at any point by opening the setting menu (cog icon) from the "Store" tab, and choosing "Download all purchased content..." Any content item for which the installation hasn't happened yet will appear with an "Install now" button next to it.

Thanks ralftaro. The issue has been resolved. Restarting Music Maker didn't solve the problem. However, after uninstalling Vita and the add-ons (presets) and re-installing them (also with a programme re-start), everything is now working perfectly.

Glad to hear that's sorted. I also got mixed results: While the "Plus" presets required a restart, the "Premium" ones just worked right away after the installation.I guess that's the added bonus you get when you pay for "Premium"! 😂
On a more serious note, I will run this past development to see what they can do about it in the future.
