Magix, known for its well indexed help file :-), has what you need listed under "mask", specifically 'Create an effect mask'.

There are lots of presets to choose from both SD and DH, or you can create one yourself if needed.

What sort of 'vignette' do you mean? A transparent mask, as Carl has assumed? Or a fixed image of some sort appearing in the same place on the screen throughout your whole movie?

A link to an example would avoid ambiguity.

And what MEP version are you using?
