I Have always done this with no issues until today......

MEP 2016 Premium.

Making a video in the background and bringing in a pic.  When I go into View/Animation-size position and click on the pic that I am putting infront of vid.  There is no broken dotted lines around the pic I want to adjust  and make keyframes with ??????

This has never happened before.  I've done this a kazillion times before????

Hi Pat

If the image has filled the screen then the dotted lines are there - you just cannot see them !

If you use the Width or Height spinners, or type a height or width in one of them,  you can resize the image and then you should see the handles.

I type the numbers in when setting a specific size and position.

Hi Pat,

Maybe you changed to Preview mode. If the upper right button says Edit, click on it.
