Videograbber

After three successfull downloads, I lost contact with the videograbber. The videograbber shows the videopicture, but the MAGIX Video easy 5 HD doesn´t... The only two setable things; S-video / Composite and the other choice is correct, but still no picture...
Can anyone give me (simple) instruction how to proceed ?

The procedure for connection etc is in the manual installed with the software - see under Help.

Yes, but I have not changed anything since the installation.

The two possible parameters is right...

Or have I missed something ?
