reachus wrote on 11/29/2011, 3:02 PM

Hi all,

I have some videos that stutter and are out-of-synic ( but not all!) after I import them from my Video Files to Magix Video Easy 3 hd. They play ok first time then when I edit they go jumpy.

I've tryed copying them directly from my Sony Handycam and the same thing happens. I'm not too computer savy and it's diong my head in.

Any ideas anyone?????

Thanks KIWI

I have the same problem, it seems to be hardware/driver related, as other capture programs such as VirtualDub also capture stuttering video. I tried to find a newer driver, but it seems my MAGIX device (MAGIX MADE IN CHINA(ver. 2), a red&white USB dongle) came with the newest one available, driver zipfile dated modified 7/2012 just like the one supplied on the disc.

I have tried the dongle on two computers, both had the same problem. As it happens, I have also come to try both 32- and 64 bit drivers.

Windows Vista 32bit, Turion X2 64, 2GB DDR2

Windows 7 64bit, Phenom II 550BE, 8GB DDR3

I have tried signal from both my SVHS recorder Panasonic AG-7350, a normal VCR and straight from the camera, with both composite and svideo input.

I have recorded a sample of the problem viewable

The stuttering in the movements and flicker on the lower 1/5 part of the picture is not visible when viewed on a television screen.
