Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff. Hence no-one who posts here can help you with your licence key/number, sorry.
I have edited your post to remove all the confidential data which you included since this should never be posted to a public forum like this one.
It is the user's responsibility to keep a careful record of any and all license numbers.
There are two possible methods which should enable you to retrieve your licence key: go to your account, log in, go to My Products and try to find the listing for Video Saver 2. If it is listed it should include your licence key.
If you cannot log in or cannot find the details in your account you will need to email infoservice@magix.net with full details of your purchase (including the data removed from your post at the beginning of this thread) and ask for their help.
