Why in video effects "Decorative Objects of Elements of design" MAGIX Video Delux 2013 plus aren't present "Stork" and "Dynamite", how MAGIX Video Delux 16 Premium? As it is possible to receive these video effects. Yours faithfully Evgenie Volkov.

Have you gone to 'Help' >> 'Free download..' which might have additional items? This is necessary if you have the dowload version, not the box set of MEP.
Effects can generally be copied from one program version to another but you may have to edit or add to the folder's 'translation.ini' file to get the proper name (and perhaps icon or preview) appearing in the effects media pool. eg:
[lenseflare] This is the name of the .cfx file that produces the effect and the icon and preview .jpegs
name=Lens effect This is the name that appears in the effects menu.
