Did you upgrade to 14 or 14 plus?

I have Movie Edit Pro 12, it runs on Vista for me, but I also upgraded to the Movie Edit Pro 14 Plus, and it has a lot more feature sets.

Where are you looking for the decorating, and what elements are missing? I can load them both to see, but if you got the 14 standard, you might be right.
