I'm on VE 7.0.1.145. I get no response from my L/R arrow keys. I can't tap through/along a video object.
The only way I can move the Play marker is by dragging it with the mouse or tapping the spacebar or Play button.
Does anybody else have the same issue?
If anybody is on V8, do the arrow keys step through the video?

I have the same version - no problems with the mouse.
Arrows work fine, jumping to the start of the next/previous object on the timeline when more than one object is the timeline.

John, thanks, I didn't make myself clear. I can't step through an object, frame by frame, with the arrow keys, like we can in Movie Studio.
Are you the same?

Maybe me too, perhaps it was not clear from my comment that the arrows key jumping from object to object is the correct action which is the same as these buttons
Unfortunately there is no list of keyboard shortcuts in Help, or the manual.
While playing with key combinations, I found Ctrl + Up/Down arrow zooms in/out the timeline within set limits.

Thanks John, I see Movie Studio does (n't) the same thing in Storyboard mode. Arrow keys only for jumping between objects, not frame advance. Get what you pay for! 😲
