Why am I only seeing a black screen!? Program is installed and updated to the latest version. The Videowandler 2 is installed ok and does not contain errors in device manager yet I cannot see MAGIX USB video converter in the advanced view when trying to generate a preview of the VHS. (Yes the scart cable etc are setup correctly).

 

Please help, I have followed the process on 2 different computers having only had the item 6 hours and I am on the verge of getting a refund tomorrow!

Hi

We need more information :-

Windows version and whether 32 or 64 bit ?

Have you updated the drivers for the USB video converter?  They are available here under RYVT USB Device -  ensure that you select the correct ones.

The option to select the USB converter is on the Recording tab when you select Record - is this where it is not appearing?
