Video Deluxe premium 2020 19.0.1.23 UDP 3

Hi all,

after upgrade to the newest version of Magix Video deluxe Premium 2020 (19.0.1.23 UDP 3) I can't install completely the additional Software "New Blue Titler Pro6" and "New Blue Elements 3 Ultimate"!

The download is running without problems but during installation the program (mentioned above) is requesting to close "OpenFX video editor"!

Where and how I have the opportunity to get closed the "OpenFX video editor"?

FYI, in the background no further applications are running during the try to get installed the mentioned SW!

Further Information:

Operating System: WIN10

Sorry for my bad english but I'm not a native english speaker, Thx!

@Reiner-Ewert

Welcome to the Magix forums.

First, your version of the program is not fully up to date; the latest is 19.0.2.58 so the first thing I would do is to go to Help>Check for Updates.

Then, having completed the update, close the program before you attempt the install of either of the New Blue programs. I'm pretty certain that the error message you are seeing is because you have MEP, or VdL as you know it, open as you attempt the install of the New Blue programs. Because they need to integrate with the full operation of your Magix program and such integration is created when VdL is closed.

Please post back and let us know whether or not you can now install the New Blue programs successfully.

Hi

Restart your computer - Windows button, Power, Restart and then run the NewBlue installer(s) do not start Movie Edit Pro / VideoDeluxe until the program(s) is/are installed.
