when working on a video, it wont display...the place where it should be remains black..It was not the case before i bought and installed the latest update
Hi Frederic and welcome to the Video Deluxe user to user forums.
Try this and see if it cures your video not showing problem.
If it works it means your versions of your graphics chips are no longer supported by the program or possibly if the minimum specs page on the website states they are, that the drivers are not up to date. It is always a good idea to check a computers compatibility with a new program before upgrading software. I know the nag pop up screens advise to do so but that is normally just a reminder that new software is available.
