Video and audio off sync

Just installed Video easy to also copy laser discs to dvd-s. Laser discs are in the known tv-formats. In Holland PAL-B is used, I've got a lot in NTSC. So I could record a disc and it looked okay. However, when I wanted to split scenes the video is now ten minutes shorter (crammed, nothing missing) and the sound stops ten minutes early.

The audio and video goes completely off sync during playback. At the start it's good but the audio track has the original length, the video is ten minutes shorter. When the video ends the audio stops (about ten minutes too early).

The project is saved showing the actual time (1:02:xx) but every time I load it there is only 52:28. What did I do wrong and how to fix this? Thanks in advance. Ad Jonker

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Which video format did you set Video Easy to record in?

Can you provide a MediaInfo analysis of the recorded video - post the results from the Text view.

Hi John. Don't know that program and thus not what to do. I did make some screen shots if it may help. I'm not into programming so is a bit confusing. I did record a dvd where the video and sound are sync but then the record simply stops at 52:xx.

Once again hi John.

What I should mention as it may be a reason. The audio was connected to the computer both via the Magix usb and via the line in of the computer. Once again, whilst recording it all was sync.
