I have Movie Edit Pro Plus 17.  I have imported a mp4 vid from a handicam.  When I move the playback cursor, the audio plays from that spot, but the video starts from the beginning.  Same thing if I cut part of the track and delete it, when I play the remaining clip, it starts from the beginning of the file.
