Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

I suspect the only way to have Video Easy work with your new computer is to upgrade to the latest version, which I see requires that your Win 10 be 64 bit.

However, since you specifically mention converting VHS tapes for transfer to your PC this page makes no mention of any such facility being available. I suspect what you actually need is Rescue Your Videotapes.
