I believe the latest version of the software is version 9. See this page for full details.
However, I am a little surprised that you say your version 7 will not install on Win 10. What happens when you attempt to run the installer? What error message is seen, if any? (Please post the full message.)
Is it possible your CD is damaged in some way? Have you previously had the software installed an a computer? If so, did you register it, and hence create a Magix account? If so, go to your account, log in, go to My Products where you should find a copy of the installer to download so you can check whether you do have a faulty disc.
