I just paid for, downloaded, and installed an upgrade to VegasPostSuite v18 from VegasProSuite v17. It cost me US$549 and said it's available as an upgrade for qualifying products but I didn't see any list of of such products mentioned anywhere. The installation went fine for all the associated products but when VegasPro v18 is launched it comes up with an Error Code -5 ("no license to run the software"). Perhaps Magix does not consider this a valid upgrade but I'm not sure so I emailed them and am awaiting someone in Tech Support to get back to me.
In the meantime, would any of you users be able to tell me about this issue?
