Hi. I have been wrestling with a problem on my windows 7 64 bit machine. I upgraded the previous version (before 175) without knowing that the 175 would cause problems when trying to run it on windows 7 (which I do not intend to upgrade to windows 10). My original version of studio platinum 16 was overwritten and when I uninstalled it (the 175 version) I tried to download it again from my account which went well but after the install and using the serial number in my mail from Magix, I discovered that the version I downloaded was still version 175. Since then I tried to reinstall vegas studio platinum 14 again which is where I had upgraded to version 16 using the mails and serials and again, the upgrade was version 16 - 175. All I want to do is to restore the original upgrade version of studio platinum 16 so that I could use it again. I guess it is obvious by now that I do not know how to get back my vegas studio platinum suite 16 upgrade. I can still run version 14 but nothing works smoothly any more and my version 16 Vf's won't work properly with version 14. If anyone with a clear answer to this problem can help, I would be very grateful. I don't know if it's possible to even buy it any more but after days of trying, I would be prepared to do that as long as it is the version that was compatible with windows 7.sp1 64 bit on a powerful PC. Suffice it to say that it worked very well until I mistakenly did the upgrade. Looking forward to the best as well as the worst news as long as it is clear.
