Vegas Stream w/ Focusrite Scarlet Interface and Rode NT1 Mic

No matter what I am getting a kind of buffering / static / stuttering sound when using Vegas Stream. I know it isn't the setup because in other program like Cubase and even Wirecast and Streamlabs it works fine?
