I have purchased a 1-year Vegas Pro 365 subscription, and have been using version 18 since May. However last week I experienced a complete crash on my computer, a Blue-Screen-Of-Death, BSOD, crash, making the computer - and the software on it - completely unrecoverable.
I have now a new computer, where I've successfully installed the software (version 19 this time). However, upon startup and activation, it returns with an error code -14, after putting in the serial number and email address. I wonder what can be done to fix the situation? I am very sure I have put in the correct values.
