Vegas Pro 21.0 is asking me to activate and register again

So I bought Vegas Pro 21.0 in Humble Bundle sometime at the end of the year last year. I installed it and used the code Humble Bundle provided when I first bought it. I opened the program and played around with it to get the feel of how to use it. However, I haven't opened the program in a few months due to being busy.

And now just getting back to video editing, and Vegas is asking me to activate and register again. I used the same email and code from before, but it says that it's already been used. Well duh. So why is it asking me again to activate and register??

And when I close the program, a pop-up appears that says, "An error occurred starting VEGAS Pro. There is no license to use this software."

@Former user Sometimes it helps if you first deactivate your installation in your customer account at Magix.com and then activate the software again.

Oh sorry! This was where the link said to go when I tried to re-register my product but had problems because "serial number is already in use. It said "If you have any questions, please contact out technical support team" and then the link said to go here.

I can't deactivate what isn't there though. I go to my Magix account > My products, and don't see Vegas 21.0 on there, so I go Register a Product > enter my info, but then gives me the same pop-up: "The serial number you entered has already been used. You may have already registered. Registering again is not necessary. If you have any questions, please contact out technical support team: http://support.magix.net". And so here I am in this forum

How did you get your serial number? If by email try copying and pasting instead of typing. Also check your email is the same one used when purchasing.
