Vegas Pro 18 Video Rendering issue

hello Vegas community and staff member i am having a rendering issue in my version 18 527 of Vegas Pro where i try to render my footage out at 1080 60 or 2160 60 using my GPU Encoder from Nvidia when it gets to a % point the program stops and the preview window of the video gets black or it will froze in frame @ 7%,12%,35%,88% and 99%

i have try serval things to try and fix this problem including converting the file to an MP4 but that still did not breaks the rendering process windows and this is keeping me from making content for YouTube and personal use
