Okay, so we were using v15 and v17. Then we received ERROR 59 that the license expired. However I have a valid license. So I went to shop.magix.com and signed in. Went to My Products. See the license is valid until April I believe. Then I clicked Download, now I have Vegas Pro 18. I went through all installation. When now using Vegas Pro 18 I cannot use File->Save RENDER AS..... it will crash the program and send error report. My son is autistic and uses this software EVERY DAY and for HOURS. He edits videos with so many FX effects. So now we have a big problem as he cannot use it.

So 1) I need to get this working ASAP in Pro 18

or 2) Tell me how to go back to Vegas version 17 and allow me to put in a new license key (without getting eRROR 59). Where can I download THIS version from your website?

This is rather urgent.
