Every time I attempt to add a BCC plugin to a video clip the program crashes and asks to send a report. I send the report and NEVER hear anything back from Magix!

The reports are gathered by the tech teams for analysis and possibly looked at in groups to find common causalities that may be fixed at a later date. I doubt they even know or care which machine the crash report comes from. The same as windows and a few other programs do.
You could try copying the text of the report and posting it here for other users to look at. They may have some insight as to the cause of the problem but not me personally. I'm not so good with such data.
