Vegas Pro 17 Installation Error - ERROR: -2147163964 occurred

Hey guys so I have been using Vegas Pro for years. I purchased Vegas Pro 17 in 2020 and just got a new computer. I went to install it so I could add it to my new laptop, and during install, I keep getting an error.

"

ERROR: -2147163964 occurred during installation

Module C:\Program Files (x86)\VEGAS\Shared Plug-Ins\Audio_x64\sfppack1_x64.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147010895. Contact your support personnel."

 

First of all, I have no idea what the error is or how to fix it. Second, I have been unable to find "support personnel". There is no email or phone number on the website, just articles linking to FAQ pages. Can anyone help? Thank you
