I am wanting to get a refund for Sony Vegas pro 17. I am currently unable to use the software on my MAC book pro. I have tried reaching out on twitter, and i have called the phone number hundreds of times where the line rings and no one picks up and says the lines are busy. A tad bit unprofessional if you ask me. I have no other means of contacting returns support for this product other than typing in this forum. Please reach out to me so i can get a refund for your product within the 14 day limit of purchase(which was 6/30/20). As mentioned previously i have called the support hotline hundreds of times over the 12pm CST - 4pm CST time window that is open for these type of calls.
