Vegas Pro 15 activation error inquiry purchased in 2018
As the title suggests, I purchased and used the Vegas Pro 15 suite version from Magix.com in 2018.
However, after formatting the computer and reinstalling the program, the problem arose.
It was activated during installation, but when rendering was attempted, the display requesting activation continued.
The answer from the technical manager at soundcat.com (tel: 82-2-1800-7435), a sales outlet in Korea, is that soundcat is not responsible for A/S for the Vegas version purchased from MAGIX in 2018.
We respectfully request a quick response and resolution from MAGIX.
