Vegas Pro 13 need to download to a new computer

How do I access the download for the software that I purchased previously? I have entered the S# and was told it needed to be registered and when I went to register the number I was told it already was registered but never take to a download option. Help!!

Vegas products have their own forum here.

There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help in the program.

I would suggest you post your question there
