@Nicki-Bainbridge You contacted infoservice@magix.net? And you've gotten an automated reply? Then you just need to wait. It can take 2 or 3 days.

It might be possible to cancel your subscription in your customer account at Magix.com under "My Contracts" but I don't know if this is for subscriptions or only for web hosting contracts.
