Hello,

I checked the website and I'm using the correct serial number that was given to me through Amazon. I tried to register my product and it says the serial number is invalid and/or already in use error code: -14. It will not let me open the program. I have entered all my details that I have for my account and nothing is working. I've checked the serial number 5 times now. I've never had this problem with any of your products in the past.
