Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum Windows 10 wont run after Magix update

Hi I have Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum running on Windows 10 64 and as of yesterday after installing what was described as an important update from Magix it now wont boot/start. I have uninstalled rebooted reinstalled numerous times. Cleaned the registry reinstalled all the usual suggestions to no avail. Can anybody help me please. Thank Gerry
