My computer has been upgraded and I lost the ability to use the program. I had to download a copy and when I go to use it, it is requesting me to register again. When I do, I get an error already registered. Error code 24. When I use my new email address. Then when I put the old email in, I get this; The serial number you entered is invalid or may apply to another product. Please make sure you entered it correctly or check whether you accidentally entered the serial number of another product. If the problem persists you can get help on the support website. Error-14
