Vegas Movie 17

I've tried twice to download movie 17 and I'm on the second fight, an inch away from deleting it all and shredding the files, I'm so frustrated. It came with music Maker, went in perfectly, opens, closes, no big deal. Update notifier says it's installed but I can't find it. Check and Tuning says my serial number is invalid and Magix says my support voucher number is invalid. Movie 17 however keeps running in a circle wanting to install over again everytime I try to open it. Haven't been able to get it to open. I feel like I've been ripped off with a lemon product and that Magix is a sham company. WHAT'S UP WITH THIS?????
