vegas image and efx do not open ;(

I have written to you before quite angry that both image and fx which I bought as part of Vegas post product do not open stating that the product needs to be activated. IT HAS BEEN ACTIAVTED FOR MONTHS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P:LEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately you have posted in the forum that cannot help you with this issue, other than point you in the correct direction

Vegas products have their own forum see the Important posts here.  

Do note that this is a user to user forum, as you have been previously told in your first post in this forum.

Additionally please do not type in capitals, it is considered as shouting and is not good forum etiquette, nor is it conducive to encouraging other members to help with your issue - I would suggest you read the Community rules both in this forum and the Vegas software forum - links are at the bottom of every forum page.
