I seriously don't know what going on magix website states that all i need to do is click the download link in the email they sent me then I cant start using the application let me tell you my process of this. Go to my email- sees the email they sent me- clicks download link- vegas edit 365 starts "downloading"- then it goes through the whole download process like running as administration- when its finished downloading it doesn't open- i click the application on my computer's folder then it just says do you want to download this again. I'm beyond frustrated because i tried this on two seperate computers and it does the same thing. i tried downloading it off the magix website when i log in into my account it stills puts me through that whole process. what do i do i have yet to open the application.
