.MP4, .MTS and .MOV have correct color balance in V19 but . .jpg, .png, etc have heavy unbalanced blue. Original .jpgs are have normal color balance. In FX pan/crop, the .jpgs are normal color balance. Tried reinstalling V 19 but same problem. V19 worked well two days ago. Any help appreciated. Thanks, John Sawyer

Earlier this year I purchased an upgrade to Vegas Pro 19 with a bundle. Later this year I was another Upgrade Bundle ad that wasn't very clear and I thought it was another Update It was the same update. I asked them if they would give me credit for that and they told me no because the bundle was different.. Well, I didn't really CARE about the Bundled stuff I just wanted an update to R19 which was the latest at that time. Now I see they did come out with Version 20. Who do I contact to get that upgrade at no cost since I just paid for two updates this year?

Hi and welcome to the forum - albeit the wrong one.

Vegas products have their own forum here.

There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help in the program.

Please post your questions there
