I purchased VEGAS PRO 17 on the 16th May 2020.
After 1 week it failed to operate displaying:-
ERROR CODE 59
With an additional message:-
"An error occurred starting VEGAS Pro.
There is no licence too use this software."
I have discovered that this is not a new problem and that many other users have also
experienced the same problem, without a remedy being put into place by your company.
Their Technical Support system is useless, and they expect their users to self help each other via a FORUM!!!!!!
There is no direct access to any kind of any human support from MAGIX.
There is no system for raising a support ticket for VEGAS 17
I have spent countless hours searching for and trying different solutions and suggestions without success.
After successfully using Sony Vegas Pro 13 for years I am totally disappointed with Magix.
Why is this forum the only way to get any help?
Why do MAGIX expect their users to provide support service when it is their responsibility???
