I cant log into my software. I have a current subscription, but I get an error -24 code. I recently changed my email address, but your system cant verify my license. What should I do?

Hello and good evening. Very odd that while I was actually working on a project - it shut down shortly thereafter. I'd only been in the software ~10 minutes. I was on the verge of just re-purchasing the same subscription.
Instead, I uninstalled it completely. Clicked the original email link from my initial install (May 2021), and it was fine.
I was just confused about the weird shutdown. Should've been a bit more patient with myself.
