VAT free purchase

Hello, I am registered VAT payer in EU, I would like to buy an VEGAS 20 Ppro upgrade (from my older licensce 17 Pro). When I use my VAT registration number in checkout process, I still get price with VAT. How to pay without VAT? Thank You very much Jiri
