Can I use the whizzard with my own music - not that included in the whizzard? Also, how can I remove the pop up ad from Magix which downloaded itself over a month ago and won't go away. I've emailed help email but not received a reply. Grateful for any replies. Also why do my old shows disappear? Many thanks

I presume you mean "Wizard" and "Soundtrack Maker" or "Slideshow Maker."
If you mean Slideshow Maker, then yes, you can use your own music.
If you mean Soundtrack Maker, then no, you cannot use your music with Soundtrack Maker, only the ones that you have downloaded with the Additional Content:
At one time, Magix sold a couple more, Chillout Vol. 2 and Swing Vol. 1, but I don't see them in the Store.
These are all SoundPool Loops and the Wizard uses a version of Music Maker that comes with PhotoStory to open the selected Music Maker project template file. This is not something that you can create yourself.
Magix has modified the Song Maker in Music Maker over the years and it does something similar to the Wizard Soundtrack Maker, but much, much better, using Soundpools that have been purchased by the user. These can be fully modified.
I use Music Maker to score some of my videos or even just parts of my videos using Soundpool Loops that I have purchased, sometimes supplemented with my own music by using the Instruments.

Which pop-up ad are your referring to? The one that pops up when you start the computer or something else (show us)?

What do you mean by "old shows?" Old projects or exports from projects?
Do you know how to use Windows Explorer to find files and folders, create folders, move files, etc?

Assuming you have upgraded from older version(s) of Photostory, each version has its own set of default folders and the newer version will not see the older versions projects unless you specifically browse to the folder where they are located.
The default locations for projects are in your Documents, Magix, Photostory folder(s), mine are shown below:

In the bottom left corner of the ad is a cog wheel. Click it and make your choice in the menu that opens.

sadly there are no cogs or buttons. I have taken a screenshot but don't know how to send it to you. After many attemps the Techj team have emailed me and I have sent them a screen shot. Ffingers crossed
Thank you. What you say makes sense, but in fact the shows which are disappearing are recent ones and I had to re-do them. I get a message saying there is a project open and .............I can't remember the words but asking if I want to open saved project or..............I'll try and note down the actual words sometime.
