Using Magix Video Cleaning Lab 2014 with MEP2014 pro

I am unable to transfer video and audio file to Magix Video Cleaning Lab 2014 from Magix Movie Edit Pro 2014 Pro to be able to correct and adjust the audio.  When I looked at the documentation for VSCL2014 I found the below statement:  This was under  heading exporting a file from VSCL2014.
This button is only visible if you launched MAGIX Video Sound Cleaning Lab 2014 from a different program like MAGIX Movie Edit Pro, for example. If you click this button, you can save the audio or video file and close the program. The edited file will be transferred to the other program, and the opened original file will be overwritten without asking for the name or format of the file.

I am unable to export the files from MEP2014 pro to the sound cleaning program. Based on the above statement written by Magix in the help, it should be possible because they imply that it is possible.

I have checked the forums but others seem frustrated with this issue also, and there is no directions on how this is accomplished.

Hi,

Under Project Settings, Folders tab, at or near the bottom, change the executable from Music Editor to VSCL (navigate to the correct folder).

I am away from home so I can't test this, but you should be able to go directly from MEP to VSCL, edit the file, then return the edited file to MEP by simply exiting VSCL.

Make some test to see how it works before trying it in a serious project.

Thank you for the information on how to solve this issue.  I just got a MEP2015pro program from a friend that just upgraded to a newer version.  I will see if the the same fix works in MEP2015 pro.

What a simple solution, but not one that Magix support was able to provide.  I had to turn to the fine people here to get the answer.

Again my thanks
