@kenneth-ellis

I think so. Just install the correct driver for the audio interface before using the music maker.

Thx for replying. Can i trouble trouble you with another question? Whats is procedure? Have selected focusrite usb in settings but still nothing. Have i missed some thing?

@kenneth-ellis

Have i missed some thing?

Possibly, but to help us to help you, can you post a screenshot of the Program Settings>Audio/MIDI tab please?

This is almost certainly a driver problem and a screenshot of that tab will help us to diagnose it.

@kenneth-ellis

Hi

Try changing the Audio Playback option, in the image you posted, to the Direct Sound option and test.

@kenneth-ellis

In addition to what @johnebaker wrote, your image shows you are attempting to use TWO different ASIO drivers, "Magix low latency" and "Focusrite"! You need to select ONE of them.

Try changing the Magix one to Focusrite.

BTW: you posted image shows your personal email address. I would strongly urge you to either edit the image to obscure that address or, if that is not possible, remove it. Unless you are happy for spammers to see it!

thanks for the info j baker and emmrecs, have tried changing magix low latency driver but that is the only one in drop down box and as there is nothing in pdf manual about audio interface i have to assume that it is not an option in free version. thx for the security advice also, have removed post, thx again both

@kenneth-ellis

Did you also try @johnebaker's suggestion of changing to the Direct Sound option?

Also, if you can't change both ASIO settings to be Focusrite, have you tried to change both to Magix Low Latency?
