using Audio Cleaning Lab 12XXL, after recording and cleaning up a (pre-recorded) cassette tape, I transfer the whole recording to a cd, but only the first 2 tracks are audible,the rest are just "static"

Well, something happened. Try again and listen and watch the tracks as they are being downloaded and recorded into ACL...you should see a consistent wave form for all the tracks on the cassette and you should hear your music in a normal manner, it may be a little boring, but you want it to work, right ? If you start to encountr problems, stop ASAP and see if you can't figure out why.

thanks gnarly, not sure what I did last night after posting this question, except for the fact I did not enter the album/track lists prior to burning, and it transfered to cd, as before, with no problem!!!

Now hopefully I can get on to the other 300 or so cassettes!
