Hi

. . . . Music Maker Movie Score Edition . . . .

This is a slimmed down version of Music Maker and may not have all the VST instruments available that are in the full edition.

Is there an add button as shown below - if so click it and browse to the folder where you have installed the VST instruments you want to use

 

If the button is not there then open the programs settings ( P key) and select the Folders tab - there should be the option shown below - if so click it and browse to the folder where you have installed the VST instruments you want to use.

Thank you for your very prompt reply....apparently my software manual had missed this because it says I have the "add" button but I don't, nor do I have the add directory option in the folders menu. This was from the pdf manual that came with my software...very unfortunate they chose to dumb down this feature.
