Use of Soundpools in non-Magix Software (Licensing question)

I would like to know if the use of Soundpools available from http://www.producerplanet.com are permitted in non-Magix Software.

I've looked at the licences (the royalty-free Soundpools are the ones of interest to me), and there is no mention of Software restrictions or limitations, but am concerned that I may have missed something outside the license (like in the Store EULA or something).

You can use the Loops in other DAWs or Samplers to make music.
