Uploading to You Tube

I'm a new user and having created a movie on MEP 14 I am having difficulty uploading to You tube. I click on the internet option & 'upload to you tube', I get a screen response of 'mixing down' and a time bar which counts down to zero but then nothing happens! I am not asked to connect to you tube and have an active broadband connection. Am I missing something..?

Yeah,

Youtube changed something. Not to worry though, just do a manual export of your movie under File, export movie as, and choose WMV. Log in to Youtube and upload your film.

alright, i have that same exact problem. it has to do with the fact that Youtube doesnt support the file type .MVD (or .MDV) which is what they file type is for any video that you've edited. what i dont understand is how to change the file type. i really frustrates me.......HELP!!
