Hi

Do you mean Magix Music Maker 17 or Magix Music Maker Premium sometimes referred to as 2017 ?

Please give the full name and version number as found under Help, About . . .

. . . . the file format they are using is .WAV and when I try to drag and drop the loop in the game, It says the format isnt correct . . . .

If the format is not correct then there is something about the WAV file that is not compatible - use MediaInfo to analyse a WAV file that is OK and one that is not and compare the differences.

If you do not understand the results then post them both here.
