Uploading existing mp3

I have some songs I created some time ago and want to upload these songs and create a new musical arrangement - adding a new drum beat, some percussion, liven it up a little. Can this software do this?

Yes. Easily by dragging and dropping MP3 into object arranger or selecting File ->. Import -> then selecting proper file and importing. into object arranger. I do this with instrumental tracks so I can record my voice and refine vocal sound using various included effects plugins to compliment instrumental tracks (covers / karaoke type scenario).
