Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff, sorry.
However, I am confused by your post. There is no recent Sound Forge upgrade to a MAC OS because SF MAC is a 32 bit application and so will not run under any recent version of MAC OS. There is, however, a Windows version of SF Pro 15 Suite, full details are here. If you click through the "Purchase here" button you will find an option to Upgrade - you will almost certainly need the serial key for your existing version, I think, in order to bbe able to pay the upgrade price.
