upgraded and am missing sound pools

I upgraded from Music Maker 2015 to 2020, but I installed the program on a different computer (which did not have MM2015 on it. I seem to be missing a lot of loops and instruments that came with the 2015 software. If I uninstall 2020 then reinstall 2015, will I continue to have the loops from the 2015 software once I reinstall the 2020 upgrade to the same computer that has 2015 installed?

Find your old version License Codes (serial number) and enter them in the Activate dialog, you might have to enter them in the lower box (Older Activation codes). Re-scan Soundpools, too.

I can't show you screenshots right now because I am fighting a crazy problem where NO soundpools nor Loops show up in any of my versions on this new PC.

You might also want to combine your old soundpools with your new version folder, then Re-Scan Soundpools.

There are several Expert Moderators that will eventually see your question and offer better advice than I.

@JJVasquez1213

The 2015 version of MM did NOT include the "Store" facility; hence any Soundpools etc. associated with that version will NOT be available for you to automatically download, I think. If the advice that @AtHomePA gave you does not allow you to download these missing items then it may be necessary to install the 2015 version on your second computer. BUT, do you have ALL the installers for those additional items since I think you will need them in order to complete the 2015 installation?

Once that version is installed, then if you follow the earlier advice to add the 2015 serial key on the 2020 Activate screen, hopefully MM will "pick up" the existing installation and extras.
